Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 26 May 2015, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that T EDGECOMBE TRANSPORT LIMITED be liquidated and that Alison Margaret Lemon, chartered accountant of Kerikeri, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 22 June 2015 at 9.00am.
