Jeremy Morley and John Fisk, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of R.A.RILLSTONE LOG CARTAGE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Whanganui, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 24 June 2015 at 10.17am.

We fix 22 July 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
