Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 16 January 2015, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that KATSUBI CHARTWELL CO. LIMITED be liquidated and that Joon Youl Seo, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 16 January 2015 at 10.00am.
