Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 17 June 2015, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SPURDLE AUTO ELECTRICAL LIMITED be liquidated and that Graeme John Evans, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 17 June 2015.
