Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Malcolm Grant Hollis, of Christchurch, and Jeremy Michael Morley, of Wellington, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ANOLBE ENTERPRISES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 18 June 2015 at 10.38am.

We fix 24 July 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
