JODD INDUSTRIES LIMITED (in liquidation)
David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, of Christchurch, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of JODD INDUSTRIES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 June 2015 at 11.34am.
We fix 27 July 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
