KIRBY CONTRACTING LIMITED
On 16 June 2015, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that KIRBY CONTRACTING LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 16 June 2015 at 9.05am.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 7 August 2015.
