Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

The Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”)

Pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Richard Brian Burge and Michelle Lorna Dykes, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MERCER LAND LIMITED.

The liquidation commenced on 12 June 2015 at 9.00am.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

It is not intended to call a meeting of creditors and the shareholder, the directors having passed a resolution of solvency pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

The liquidators fix 3 July 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
