Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

The above-named solvent company was placed into liquidation by special resolution of the shareholder on 10 June 2015 at 12.00pm on the basis that the reasons for which the company was incorporated have now passed.

Gareth Russel Hoole and Wade Steven Glass, chartered accountants of Ecovis KGA Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidators do not intend calling a meeting of creditors on the basis that the company is solvent, the directors having passed a resolution to that effect.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 10 July 2015 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
