Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

The Companies Act 1993

On 10 June 2015, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that XPERT TILING LIMITED be liquidated and that Kevin John Whitley, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 10 June 2015.
