MAB NO 20 LIMITED (in liquidation)
Rhys Cain, insolvency practitioner, and Bruce Gemmell, chartered accountant, both of Christchurch, and Rees Logan, chartered accountant of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of MAB NO 20 LIMITED by the High Court at Rotorua, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 June 2015 at 11.05am.
We fix 10 August 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
