Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that CARNEY CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 May 2015 to be put into liquidation.

Wayne John Deuchrass and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 28 May 2015 at 10.39am.
