Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Roderick T. McKenzie was appointed liquidator of STRATHMORE HOUSE LIMITED by order of the High Court at Palmerston North on 28 May 2015 pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidation commenced on 28 May 2015 at 10.16am.

The liquidator has fixed 29 June 2015 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993. Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared may be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
