Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that, in accordance with section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, Peter Esmond Farrell, of Rotorua, and Simon Paul Rogan, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, have been appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named society.

The liquidation commenced on 2 June 2015 at 5.30pm.

The undersigned does hereby fix 3 July 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to the distribution.
