Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Tony Pattison, of Napier, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, of Christchurch, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MACDONALD’S CARRYING CO LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Gisborne, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 June 2015 at 10.15am.

We fix Wednesday 1 July 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
