MUNFORD INDUSTRIES LIMITED (in liquidation)
On 29 May 2015 it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MUNFORD INDUSTRIES LIMITED be liquidated and that Kevin John Whitley, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 29 May 2015.
