Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named companies in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by the passing of a special resolution of shareholders on the date and times below:

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise potential returns to creditors.
