Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims

On 29 May 2015, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BUILD PAINT LANDSCAPE LIMITED be liquidated and that Tamina Cunningham-Adams and Barry White, of Auckland, be appointed liquidators.

The liquidation commenced on 29 May 2015 at 8.30am.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 17 July 2015.
