Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 26 May 2015 at 1.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ACROSSTHEWORKS LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Kamal, certified practising accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
