Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that BLB INDUSTRIES LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 May 2015 to be put into liquidation.

Keith Vincent Harris and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 8 May 2015 at 10.16am.
