Notice is hereby given that Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed sole liquidator of SILVER FERN BRANDING LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 May 2015 at 10.10am.

I fix 30 June 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
