Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims

On 22 May 2015, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PLAY LEARN & GROW LIMITED be liquidated and that Tamina Cunningham-Adams, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 22 May 2015 at 8.30am.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 10 July 2015.
