Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Doreen Ford, accountant of Pioneer Consulting Group Limited, was appointed as liquidator of GOLDEN YING DEVELOPMENT LIMITED.

The liquidation commenced on 21 May 2015.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 4 June 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
