Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Shaun Neil Adams and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by special resolution of the shareholder on 18 May 2015 at 1.00pm.

The directors of the company have signed a certificate of solvency for the company, stating that the assets will realise more than the liabilities.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 25 June 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have priority to, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
