Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidators have fixed 19 June 2015 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
