Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993

On 6 May 2015, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that MOUNT MAUNGANUI BRICKLAYERS LIMITED elected to be liquidated and that Max K. Greer, public accountant of Mount Maunganui, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 6 May 2015.
