Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

The Companies Act 1993

On 18 May 2015, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS CONSTRUCTION LIMITED be liquidated and that Kevin John Whitley, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 18 May 2015.
