Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Rees Graham Logan, of Auckland, and Bruce Donald Gemmell, of Christchurch, both chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators of OTAHUHU COURT LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 May 2015 at 10.10am.

We fix 15 July 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
