Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that on 14 May 2015 at 8.00am, pursuant to section 89(1) of the Limited Partnership Act 2008, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, insolvency practitioners of McDonald Vague Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named limited partnership by a resolution of the partners.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 3 July 2015, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named limited partnership are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (in accordance with section 92 of the Limited Partnership Act 2008), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
