WALLS ROAD INVESTMENTS LIMITED and WALLS ROAD HOLDINGS LIMITED (both in liquidation)
On 8 May 2015 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolutions, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Christopher John Lynch, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidations commenced on 8 May 2015.
