Notice is given that on 7 May 2015 at 8.30am, the shareholders of REZLAB STEEL STRUCTURES WAIKATO LIMITED PARTNERSHIP passed a resolution placing the limited partnership into liquidation and appointed Grant Murray Thomas Wills, insolvency practitioner, as liquidator of the limited partnership.
