Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

On 1 May 2015 at 2.30pm, it was resolved by a special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Matthew Davidson, of Wanaka, be appointed liquidator.

A resolution as to solvency has been made.
