Notice is hereby given that on 14 April 2014 at 2.20pm, John Marshall Scutter resigned and appointed Iain Bruce Shephard and Heath Leslie Gair, insolvency practitioners of Wellington, joint and several successor liquidators of the above-named company in accordance with section 283(2) of the Companies Act 1993.
