Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that CROSBIE & ASSOCIATES LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 April 2015 to be put into liquidation.

Keith Vincent Harris and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 22 April 2015 at 1.35pm.
