Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Malcolm Grant Hollis and David Murray Blanchett, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BARBER’S SALOON LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 April 2015 at 11.00am.

We fix 3 June 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
