Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 24 April 2015 at 12.40pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BELLS BAKERY 2007 LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, certified practising accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
