Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 20 April 2015, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that WATSOL CENTRAL LIMITED be liquidated and that Roderick T. McKenzie be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 20 April 2015 at 3.00pm.

The liquidator has fixed 18 May 2015 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared may be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
