Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Take notice that Peter Esmond Farrell, of Rotorua, and Simon Paul Rogan, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, have been appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company.

The liquidation commenced on 17 April 2015 at 9.52am.

The undersigned does hereby fix 22 May 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to the distribution.
