Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of the above-named company, on Friday 17 April 2015, appointed Pritesh Patel and Grant Reynolds, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, as joint liquidators of the above-named company.

The liquidation commenced on 17 April 2015 at 10.45pm.
