Jeremy Morley and John Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NEWBURY RACING & BREEDING LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by the High Court at Palmerston North, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 April 2015 at 10.10am.

We fix 8 May 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
