Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) Companies Act 1993

On 31 March 2015, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that COOLBOX DIRECT LIMITED be liquidated and that Geoffrey Alexander Hamilton and Manisha Kesha, company directors of Auckland, be appointed as joint liquidators for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 31 March 2015 at 12.30pm.
