FORTE INVESTMENTS 2004 LIMITED (in liquidation)
Aaron James Ivan Armstrong was appointed liquidator of the above-named company, pursuant to a special resolution of shareholders entered into the company’s minute book, under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 April 2015 at 10.00am.
The liquidator fixes 15 May 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
