Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that MOVIES AT HOME LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 April 2015 to be put into liquidation.

Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 1 April 2015 at 2.25pm.
