Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

We, Andrew James Bethell and Craig Andrew Gower, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by a special resolution of the shareholder, under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 April 2015 at 1.30pm.

The director of the company has signed a certificate, under section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the company is solvent.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as joint and several liquidators of the company, we fix 1 May 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
