Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 25(c) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens, insolvency specialist, and David Vance, chartered accountant, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the society on the date and time below:

7 April 2015

FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICES INDUSTRY TRAINING ORGANISATION INCORPORATED (in liquidation) at 10.00am.

This is a solvent liquidation and the decision to wind up the affairs of the society was passed at the AGM held on 12 March 2015.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidators have fixed 11 May 2015 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
