Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MERCATO LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 April 2015 at 3.30pm.

We fix 12 May 2015 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
