Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 30 March 2015 at 11.15am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that CLIQUOT HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price be appointed for that purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator does fix 5 May 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
