Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 28 March 2015, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that GRIFFEN HOLDINGS LIMITED be voluntarily liquidated and that John Falloon, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The voluntary liquidation commenced on 28 March 2015.
