Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Grant Stephen Jarrold and Shari Leah Margaret Carter, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators of CARTER AUCKLAND LIMITED at Christchurch on 12 December 2014 at 8.13am by special resolution of the shareholders.

The liquidators have fixed 15 January 2015 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
