Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that HCP TIMARU LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 17 February 2015 to be put into liquidation.

Iain Andrew Nellies, of Insolvency Management Limited, and Kerran William Larson, of Larson & Associates, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 17 February 2015 at 6.30pm.
